Change in name

Dear Members,

Facts:

• Name of the Co. has been changed from ABC Pvt. Ltd. to XYZ Pvt. Ltd. w.e.f. June 1, 2015. Ltd.
• BOD meeting to be held on June 20, 2015 to adopt the accounts for the year ended Mar 31, 2015.
• Name is ABC as on balance sheet date i.e. Mar 31, 2015 but the name has changed to XYZ as on signing date i.e. June 20, 2015

Queries:

1. Financials for the year ended Mar 31, 2015 have to be prepared in the name of ABC or XYZ (Formerly known as ABC)
2. Financials to be signed by the Board of Directors/ CFO/ CS for and on behalf of ABC or XYZ (Formerly known as ABC)
3. Financials and Annual report to be prepared using the stationery (logo etc.) of ABC or XYZ

In my view, Financials should be prepared in name of ABC and signed on behalf of XYZ using stationery of XYZ.
