Hello
I have a Pvt. Ltd. company registered in Mumbai with 2 Directors in Mumbai currently. These 2 Directors are merely on paper. The main operations are in Vadodara.
There is a need to QUICKLY change the company management so that the Directors in Mumbai are replaced by Directors from Vadodara and the Company still retains its Mumbai registration?
Is this possible ? If so, how much time would it take to do this?

There are no other share holders, but we can easily buy the shares... that is not an issue at all... But need to know how fast can it be done? I mean what is the duration within which we can change the directors?
