Change in designation of director

Before addressing your query, please be specific on the point whether the WTD is of a Public Ltd.Co. or of a Pvt Ltd. which is not a subsidiary co. of a public ltd.

The director may place his intention to continue as Non Executive Director of the Company and the Company may by way of Board Resolution (in case of pvt company) or Ordinary Resolution (in case of public company) change the designation of the Director. Form 32 will be filed accordingly for change of designation.
