Dear All,
Can you please let me know whether CIN (company identification number) changes when a company changes its registered office from one state to another.
In any case, does any component of the original CIN remain intact in the new CIN if it is changed.
In case CIN does change, is there a systematic way to find new CIN if we only know the old CIN of the company.

In case of change in registered office the CIN also changes...you can check the new name of a company by providing the old CIN...check the following link for the same...
