Hello please guide me how do i change my correspondence adress of articleship training? The one i registered now was my sister's residence now she has moved to other city please help me am not getting any updates from ICAI?

There is not any specific form. Submit a request letter duly signed by you with your registration details for change in address [ICAI Link].
