I too have same query, but for export.
The agent gives us tax invoice with service items: Ocean Freight, Terminal Handling Charges, Bill of Lading Charges, Agency Charges, Fumigation Charges, Measurement Charges [gst 5% and 18%].
Can we avail ITC for all these charges?
