Cfs query
In case there is any unrealised profit in subsidiary company, do minority interest has any share in.that profit??
Should we consider that umrealised profit received ny subsidiary company at the time of Analysis of pre and post part in calculating profits?? or direct in Consolidated P/L??
please anyone help..

Minority do nt hv any intt in unrealised profits..
When a subsi made a sale to holding it means prft is earnd by subsi and so the unrealised pft is to b adjusted in aop...similary wen holding makes a sale to subsi UP is to b adjstd in CPL
That means prft earned by subsi will be adjusted in analysis after deducting minority int??
