Certified copy of MOA

I want to know process to get certified copy of MOA from MCA , have just made payment for that but still nothing is downloadable .....please find the attached image for more information

If I'm not wrong you should get certified copies by post...in 15-20 days...

Yes, we made payment for that as on 15th September but still it's showing as "pending for approval "

Even our Kolkata ROC is not replying our email

Then in this case you have to directly email to relevant rederessal section of ROC and MCA with history and non receipt of reply of ticket raised... do google you will find official email ID of relevant in charge with contact no and MCA level as well local ROC level, provide all details of SRN, current status...or physical visit to ROC may be fruitful
