Yes, we made payment for that as on 15th September but still it's showing as "pending for approval "

Then in this case you have to directly email to relevant rederessal section of ROC and MCA with history and non receipt of reply of ticket raised... do google you will find official email ID of relevant in charge with contact no and MCA level as well local ROC level, provide all details of SRN, current status...or physical visit to ROC may be fruitful
