I've revived one Ltd company from cods for which I'm unable to find certificate of commencement of business. this company was converted in 1992 from Pvt Ltd to public Ltd
so please tell will certificate of commencement rules applicable to this public co as per section 149 of CA 1956

Sir... Its already started its business.... Before the cobversion of pvt ltd to public ltd... So... There wont be requirement of obtaining commencement of business again....
