Excise Return (ER-1) have already been submitted before its due date. Now on 20th of August 2013 one of our supplier has sent us a bill dated 15th of July. Can we take input credit on this bill while passing the entry for the same and show the amount of input credit taken with the return of August 2013 ?
Please Guide.
