Dear Sundar Sir,

1. You have to refer Cenvat Credit Rules 2004.

2   We don't know that, what's your final product.

According to me cenvat credit on all the iems be claimed as capital goods only problem will arise with rrspect to storage tank if it is part of civil structure then cenvat capital goods not available otherwise available
