cenvat credi

i want immediate response, first time i am posting

my question is, head office is in bangalore and branch is their in chennai, po raised at chennai,

can we, directly import the goods from supplier to bangalore office , job work done by  at bangalore office .becase avoiding the transportation charges. now which office benificial for availing cenvat credit..........
