Someone says only 10000 cash sales is allowed and someone says limit of cash sales is 200000 then what is the correct limit of cash sale?

Cash sale limit: INR. 1,99,999/- under Sec. 269ST

Cash expenditure limit: INR. 10,000/- under Sec. 40A(3)

Both have some exceptions. Do read the respective section and related rules.
