Cash purchase of laptop on director name

Hello

I am director of Pvt Ltd Company. I bought a laptop for my company through online sales and paid through my friend credit card.

Now, i need to pay money to my friend as cash / cheque. Is it permissible or what to be done.

Please advice.

Make the payment to your friend through cheque.

Make sure that you have all the details of purchase properly and the invoice is in your name or Company's name
