Kindly clear limit of cash sale in a year on single person

no limit for cash sale. however the other party wud be in trouble if he makes payment in cash of more than 20k in a single day. so payment can be split and paid
Present cash payment limit is restriction to 10,000/-. Earlier it was 20,000/- per day by single person.
