Depends upon how you defend your claim against any objections raised by IT officer........
it's ur savings...there will be no issues..if any question raised from it department u have to show source...if u r not able means it will be taxed at 60% ...the said percentage can be additionally increased by a few equal to as high as 25%...i am saying the consequences if u are able to show the source then, u will have no problen
