Please educate me if we pay car parkiy charges to our office building staff, in which account group this expense will record?
Please also educate if we pay this charges by cash, does it goes to same group of account which will be for above ?

Car parking charges can be recorded as an expense under the account group "Office expenses" or "General and administrative expenses"
If you pay the car parking charges by cash, the transaction will still be recorded in the same account group as mentioned above. The method of payment does not affect the account group in which the expense is recorded.
