Is it possible to capitalise building for which no approval has been taken from state government. If we capitalise it, what will the treatment at the time if permission denied by state government.

What type of building is this? & what approval do you want to get from the state government.
As far as I know, the building needs to get registered with the sub-registrar by paying the stamp duty & registration fees, after whihc you become the legal owner of the building.
