We are going to increase Authorised capital one of our pvt. ltd.. earlier its authorised capital of rs 10L (100000*10/each) and now increase upto Rs.150L.
Q1. Can we do by ordinary resolution.
Q2. can we do by Right issue, if yes then what r the requirements required to be fullfil.
our company is not a listed co. and it 100% subsidiary of foreign registered company.
plz advise as soon as possible

You can increase your authorised capital by passing Ordinary Resolution unless your AOA provides for Special Resolution. Hence refer your AOA.
