we are purchased forklift in our production purpose in the month of March 2018 but no ITC claim in above month in above products
we are avail above products itc claim in July 2018 GSTR or not

No matter you can claim the any missed ITC before filing of annual return or upto sept of next financial year whichever is earlier
Yes you can take missed out ITC in next month 3B Returns.
