Capital Gains exempt sec. 54
How to justify cost of construction to claim exemption under section 54? If no bills, etc are available since THEKEDAARs dont give bills, then how to justify?

If you have other documentary proofs like sanctioned plan, completion certificate, revenue tax bills of the constructed house property, bank statements for the withdrawals etc., you can get valuation certificate from Government approved valuer to support your claim.
