Sold house and got capital gains in Sep 18.
With that capital gain ,I am about to buy another house ,but as this capital gain money is not sufficient to buy and needed more money, and We are still in process to get money. Registration of new house is not done and will happen after all money is given to seller.
Problem is March is coming what should I do for tax submission.

No need to worry, till return filed for AY 2019-20. If amount not paid to purchase new house, deposit the gains amount to CGAS, 1988 account of any nationalized bank.
We have already given amount we got from capital gains to new house. still we have to pay more.
In that case you may get it registered by July 31st, 2019 or before filing the return of PY.
