Has Duration To Differentiate Long term and short term non-financial assets has been reduced to 24 months in case of immovable property ?

where's 54B
yes it has been reduced to 24 months wef from 18-19
that means for attempt of 2017-18 examination I have to use 36 months according to prevailing provision. Right ??
54 B is all about Agricultural Land @ Swati Agrawal
