Please suggest investment alternatives better than capital gain accounts in a bank. Source of funds is sale of property accompanied by capital gain.

Capital Gain Account in a Bank means parking of funds temporarily for the time being. I mean to say this is a way not the destination.
purchase of another asset is a best option
Alternatives :
A- Purchase a Residential House - In case House Proerty Sold ; Investment upto Capital gains will do Pl Refer S54. If Any other property is sold like land etc.. entire consideration....Pl refer S 54F.
B- Purchase Bonds of NHAI or REC 54EC (max upto 50.00lacs
