cancelletion of service tax registration

Dear siddeshwar ,
Write a letter to your Range Suprintendent (Service Tax ) regarding surrender of registration certificate.  

Submit your original registration certificate alongwith this letter.

But please ensure the following : -

a) There is no Service Tax dues pending against your client.

b)  All Returns  are filed up to date.

Ensure that the application is sent by RPAD/ Speed Post or acknoweldgement on the letter for cancellation is obtained.
