Cancellation of pan

Ok i got the point but as i told you that she dosn't have that PAN physically and it is written in the instructions that the copy of PAN must be given along with application form.When she dosn't have the PAN in hand then how can we give the copy of same. please help me in that situation.

Do she have any PAN allotment letter received from the department?? If she has that then I think you can try with that.

just get the print out of both the pan card (from tin-nsdl). and write a letter to ur ITO informing all this.......(that u had 2 PAN.......etc) & thereafter surrender 1 Pan .
