I am working in a hospital there are 4 partners give him rs. 50000/ each person every month what is the treatment in books of account. Can we show as a salary . Remunaration also shown in Balance sheet

In my opinion, hospital is a separate entity and directors are also employees from the point of view of hospital itself, so director salary should take as other employees of hospital to the extent it is normal nature and according to deed and bylaws of hospital.
