we are a retailer dealing in readymade garments,hosierys and textiles located in hyderabad.we have purchased items like mannequiens,decorative ply airconditioners,etc form other states for the shop.Can we issue c froms under cst for the purchase of these items and claim concessional rate unde cst.?These commodites have not been included in the vat/cst registration.We would like to add thses commodities in the registration and then issue C Forms.

what commodity code mentioned in rthe registration certificate, that commodity ucan purchase orsales to other dealers, first uwant make a amended for addition of commodity on registration certificate and make application to sales taxdivisinal comminstrate after checking u application, within 15days or 1onths comminsitrate will add the commodity items or code on registration certificate, then only ucan applyfor onlineform ,. whhile making returns monthly the purchase items commodity code orsales commodity code furnishing will be mandatory .from this sales dept can trace easily whether dealer make purchase or sales on same commodity code or differentcommoditycode.
