can run business if proprietor is expired

I have a question about my business, actually we are having a family business of electronic goods distribution and the business was run by my father and he was proprietor of the firm. Now he is expired due to heart attack, now I am running the business and want to know about the process of transfer of the firm to another name (my mom, brother). I am already having another firm registration on my name. Till transfer of firm can we run business and issue sales bill in current date? And can we give fund transfer to our suppliers through net banking? I am having access to net banking.
