I am a director of the Pvt Ltd company. And now I want to retire from it and start something of my own. So share transfer procedure is going on. I wanted to ask can Pvt Ltd company transfer asset in the share transfer as turning of that fixed asset(Land) into liquidity will take too much time.?

As per the provisions of section 192 of section 2013, Company shall enter into the said arrangement by passing the special resolution in the Company in general meeting.
