Can pan number be amended in gst

If the pan no is wrong in the Provisional ID provided by the state tax department can the pan no. Be corrected in gst by amendment

separate registration is required for each pan number

No, it is not possible to change PAN under GST. However, you may apply for correction of PAN under your respective state VAT and ask department for providing fresh Provisional ID and password, thereby migrate under GST again with correct Provisional ID.
