Can my father transfer his personal income in huf

let huf engaged in the business of house property then surely added in huf income.
Personal income of assessee can't be transferred in HUF
He cannot transfer his personal income to his HUF. Because of two fundamental reasons:
1. House property does not belong to HUF.
2. Even if it is done, the same will be clubbed with the income of father only because of section 64.
