can i take the advantage of sec 54f in two financial years for the same property

I had purchased a house in f.y.16-17 and sold old jewelry worth Rd.7lacs .Again I sold jewellery worth Rd 2 lacs. My question is can I take the advantages for both financial year.

Yes, provided you had 'purchased ready house property', and you don't possess any more house property, other than the one purchased in preceeding year.

is it applicable if od loan taken against pledge of fixed deposits for housing purposes for deduction of both interest and repayment under 80C section and against property.pl.guide.
