I had put some money in FD but for some reason I had not submitted form 15 G declaring I have no income to avoid tax deduction. So is it possible to reclaim the TDS this year?

I hope you have PAN card . Register on efiling website and file ITR 1 and claim refund.
You will get refund if it is more than Rs 100. Give your bank acc details . You may get money within 15 days i guess. File return.
