Can i pay my tax by myself instead of deduction of tds from

Hi

I have a question about TDS dedction at my salery. My employer deducting Rs 2300/- per months as a TDS. Can I pay this amount as a advance tax per months by my self and say to my employer dont deduct it from my salery. It is required because I need to Increase my home loan capacity because if my employer will not deduct this amount then my in-hand salery will increase by Rs 2300/- per months.

Thanks in advance.

TDS on salary is an liblity of employer not emploee. If you wnt that TDS shuld not dedecut on your salry than you will sbmit the saving ou housing loan repayment proof to the emplyer otherwise employer dedct the tds

Agreed with satish!!

Employer has a liability on his side to deduct TDS on your salary. If you want that TDS should not be deducted then submit your home loan proof to let employer deduct TDS at lesser amount or NIL TDS.
