Can i make purchase in other state with gstin

Dear Accontants, I have some query 

1. I have Registration of GSTIN in Delhi I want to know can I make purchase in other state of india ?

2. Will I get input tax credit for purchase in other state.

3. Can I sell that goods in same state ?

Suppose I have GSTIN of Delhi I have Purchase goods in MP now I want to sell same Item in MP is it possible after GST operation.
