Can gift deed given can be taken back

can I take gift deed given to my mom and she after 5 years says to back gift deed to me can it be possible ...I have given to her by cheque she too will be giving me by cheque amount to bank?????

Your mother can do so. However it will not be called return of previous gift given by you. it will be considered a fresh gift given by mother to you.

Gift once made is irrevocable.

Treat is as a fresh gift from mother to son and execute new gift deed. Receive payment only through bank.
