Can Exempt goods exported with IGST?
If our supply is exempt in Gujarat..but now we want this goods to export with IGST to claim ITC... whether it is possible?

No.......you cannot charge IGST on Exempted goods .
As per Section 16(2) IGST , .credit of input tax be availed on Zero Rated sale , even though the Goods is Exempted.

And what are the consequences if we have exported exempt goods with IGST?
As such its hardly matter , except your working capital get exhausted
