Can short term capital gains made while trading in equities (shares) be offset against short term capital losses suffered in Futures and options?

Can equity stcg be offset against F & O short term losses

STCL can be always set off against the STCG no matter what the asset is
AGREE WITH MR KUMAR
There cannot be STCL from F&O as these are considered as speculative losses
And Speculative loss can be set off against speculative income only and not from nay other heads of income.................
