1 ) Is a practicing CS allowed to provide certification services such as compliance certificate , certificate under clause 47C of listing agreement to a company in which his relative is director or promoter?
2) Can a CS be appointed as Whole time Secretary in employment (paid up capital of the company >Rs. 5 Cr) in a company in which his relative is director?
Yes one can be appointed as CS but Section 314 will apply
