Abstract from ICAI President's message for May, 2011:

"Setting up CA Students’ Associations: The Council has 

decided to allow setting up of Chartered Accountants 

Students’ Association at all its branches. Though students 

association exists at many places, it is the endeavour of 

the Council to ensure that students’ association comes 

up at all its 126 branches so that the students’ activities 

can go up. "
