Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether Chartered Accountants (CAs) should offer detailed, free advice online, even to non-professionals. Some argue for maintaining professional dignity, while others believe sharing knowledge freely is beneficial for learning and job seekers. The conversation also touches on practical queries, such as reactivating a deactivated DIN and company compliance penalties.

I’m here for time pass as I don’t have a job due to lockdown. And the better answer, the more accurate, the more knowledge one can gain. People who write questions here already know the answer and they want to confirm it from us. Students always need 100% accurate answers. There are many people who are passionate about blogging and share their e parties, which is good. Professional dignity is not necessary because, all tax, accounts are transparent and available online.

In the end, there is nothing bad and I will also be busy looking for a job and someone who has time will answer. Yes your true, real business people can ask real business questions here, and I can advise real solutions without any consulting fee. I don’t care if tuition masters will loose their income or business management will loose their consulting charges.

Quote the exact figures and ask precisely here- you will get exact answers based on what market data is available.

Can you please suggest me my pvt ltd company is registered in Jan 2020 and my din is showing deactivated so can it be reactivated without paying 5k per din?

Every DIN holder whose DIN has been 'Deactivated due to Non-filing of DIR-3 KYC' has to necessarily file eform DIR-3 KYC or perform KYC through web-service first along with applicable fee. Once the form (DIR-3 KYC) is filed, it is approved on STP basis. On approval, the system will automatically 'reactivate' the DIN.

My company was registered on Jan 8 2020 but compliance not fill yet so on which form will be uploaded with penalty and how much penalty will be paid?
