With 3 hours free you cant get to any professional course especially when you have a diverted mind. Even if you clear ipcc how many attempts will final take to be cleared with 3 hours in hand. If you are already in mnc why do you need to give ibps exam. Your mnc experience will be a waste. First sort our your mind in what do you want to do. You have a confused mind because you are welcoming too many advices and suggestions. So everything is looking creamy from above. What you should know now is to know what exactly you want. If you are inclined towards ca then you may atleast need 6 months of continuous preparation to clear if 3 hours is all that you can get in a day. Then with final you will have a bombastic experience clearing it. You may then need around 12 months after tuitions and everything. What I can suggest is to think of any certification course which is required in the job you are presently in. For example, certification in sap, various security analysis certification and else.
