yes ,ca can be a director in co if ca isnt an auditor of same co.

that means a ca cannot be a managing dir or whole time dir?
ca cn b appointd as a dir... bt nt as md or wtd...he cn only b a non executive dir....
yes i also agree with these guys that a CA can appoi8nt as A director in a firm in which he or his firm is not interested as an Auditor.
