When does IPCC result come? How many days after CA final?

becuz it is seen that after the council approval results are announced.. is it on 18th
what is proof ki ICAI grace marks deti hai .aur agar deti hi to why student failed by getting 198 , 197 marks , bechare un sab ko kyo nahi pass karte its fake belive in hard work , luck and ofcourse on god .
