icai site is not working....

I was converted to IPCC from PCC but my articleship is continuing . It is completed approx 3 years n 1 month now. What is amount of DD for final reg. as i hd paid articleship reg. fees earlier during registeration of PCC. I hd also pd BOS n Student Ass. Fees during PCC reg. This fees i have 2 pay again ?

CAN I ELIGIBAL IN NOV2013 ATTEMPT.
