Friends, I have cleared my both group of IPCC in Nov, 12 and Registration form of Articelship also sent before my results of IPCC, Now I shall be registered for Final. Please let me answer that what is last date for final registration for Nov. 15 attampt.

There is no such thing as a last date of final registration...minimum course duration is 9 months..to appear in exams..so if your attempt is nov 2015 then u have to register on or before 31st january 2015 n if it is may then on or before 30th june of the previous year
