60-65 % accurate toh likha nahi hai. Aur agar 3 % result aya toh jinhone section aur case study likhi hogi unko passing preferance milega. Bhagwan ki age dhoot bhati karna chalu kardo ke linent checking ho aapke paper ki.

Sections and case law consist 50% marks but if your content covers all aspects of question and if you able to satisfy checker with your answer then you will be able to clear the exam &don't get demotivated. Have faith on yourself and leave rest on god.ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR REST OF EXAMS.

No rounak.. quoting wrong sections would denote that u neither knw d required section nor d 1 u quoted..
For eg: if u say maine delhi mei taj mahal dekha h so this means naa toh aapne delhi dekha h aur na hi agra (taj mahal)
I guess quoting section is not a primary thing as your contents... but yes if someone quoting section will fetch more marks than anybody who is not....but not at all a yardstik...without quoting sections and all stuff one can score 50 to 55...
