Buddy no worries. Quoting section without a appropriate content won't fetch you marks. The content of the sections is important in your answer sheet. Even I fetched 70 marks without giving reference to a single section number. All the best....no worries make yourself ready for the next exam.

Even without section and case laws u will score more than 75 percent marks

Same here, paper was different this time. No conviction in answers. ICAI now wants us to be CORPORATE Lawyers.

Dear Kartik, the main focus is on your ability to apply provisions in practical situations...you should be able to eleborate the provisions in full n corelate it with the situation.. quoting sections will definately show your clear knowledge... it adds to the value of your answer n you will get better marks... however there is not much harm if you cant quote the exact section...icai understands that few people may not be able remember any section so it gives good marks even if u cant quote the section.. all the best for coming exams
