Hello Freinds

This was my 6th attempt and again i failed because of law. I dont understand how to deal with this subject.

In last 4 attempts i m gettting marks in 30's and so . I complete the whole paper and with write answer then also i dont get awarded with good marks . Please help me in clearing this subject . I m left with 3 subjects only FM, Audit and Law . This is the last attempt of my exemption in Accounts and i have cleared my 2nd Group.

Please advice me what to write and how to write . It would be a great help

i would suggest u go for padukas for law.. u wil definately score good

Vishal sir, the examiner would expect from a final level candidate to write the examination with expert knowledge. In this regard it is expected from your end that the answers presented by you is written from the law point of view. Most candidates err in writing papers like audit and law in a layman language, which is not the expected standard. Your professional acumen and expertise must be exhibited in the examination hall with quality answer which will impress the examiner in awarding you good marks. So, try working on your writing skills thru sheer practice, which will aid you in becoming successful in the ensuing attempt. Best of luck.
